No. We provide free estimates for all services, either through phone consultation or an on-site visit if needed.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Owasso, OK, and serve the surrounding areas including Collinsville, Verdigris, Catoosa, and North Tulsa. If you’re slightly outside that range, contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
What are your business hours?
We operate Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays by appointment. For urgent issues, feel free to call or text, and we’ll do our best to fit you in.
Do you offer emergency services?
We do not offer 24/7 emergency repairs, but we strive to accommodate urgent requests whenever possible during business hours.
How does payment work?
Payment is typically due upon completion of the job. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For larger projects, a deposit may be required to cover materials.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. All of our work comes with a satisfaction guarantee. If there’s a problem with workmanship, we’ll return and make it right at no additional charge.
Can I provide my own materials?
Yes. You’re welcome to supply your own fixtures or materials. If you’d like us to pick them up, we can do so and simply add the cost to your invoice.
